The workhorse length — one fuse that just works, in your choice of construction.

The 33cm Medium is our recommended length for most riders. It strikes the best all-around balance: stable enough to feel locked-in when you want it, loose enough to carve naturally when you don't. Predictable through turns, efficient through pump cycles, confidence-inspiring across disciplines and conditions. If you're not sure which length to pick, start here.

Two constructions. One geometry.

Same length, same dimensions, same all-around feel — the choice comes down to ride quality and budget.

Carbon — Full carbon, no foam. Stiff, light, and built with premium materials for the highest-performance ride in the lineup. The taper-lock interface keeps the connection tight with zero play, even under heavy riding.

Aluminium — A more affordable alternative without sacrificing the geometry that makes the 33cm work. Same predictable feel, lower price point — a great entry into the system.

Cover included.

Every UniFoil fuselage ships with a protective cover.

Why you'll love the 33cm:

Best all-around balance — the length we recommend for most riders.

Stable, predictable feel — smooth through turns and transitions.

Efficient pumping — natural cadence, no fighting the foil.

Choosing your fuse length:

22cm (XS) — tightest turns and maximum responsiveness. Aluminium only. Best for intermediate to advanced riders.

27cm (Short) — tighter turns and quicker response. Recommended with Evolution front wings.

33cm (Medium) — best all-around length for most riders.

39cm (Long) — maximum stability.

1-Bolt vs 2-Bolt compatibility:

1-Bolt Fuse — required for Vyper and Retrospective models.

2-Bolt Fuse — recommended for Hyper2 and Progression wings.

If you're already on our system, your 1-bolt fuse will still fit the newer 2-bolt wings (Hyper2 / Progression) depending on your setup.

Hardware note (aluminium only):

If you're using stainless steel screws with aluminium parts in saltwater, apply Tef-Gel to the threads to prevent corrosion and galling.

Bolts sold separately.

The length most riders choose. For a reason.

The All-Rounder

The 33cm hits the sweet spot between turning and stability. Tight enough to carve with intention, long enough to feel composed through transitions and chop. It doesn't favor one discipline over another — it works for all of them. Prone, wing, downwind, Foil Drive, wake. This is the fuselage that does everything well.

Carbon or aluminium. Same dimensions.

Two Builds. One Feel.

The carbon version is full carbon with no foam core — stiff, light, and built for riders who want premium feel and durability. The aluminium version delivers the same geometry and ride character at a lower price point. Both use the taper-lock interface for a solid, play-free connection. Pick your material, get the same performance.

Short for surf. Long for stability. Medium for everything.

Your Fuselage Is Your Tuning Dial

Swapping fuselage length is one of the fastest, most affordable ways to change how your setup rides. The 27cm tightens turns for a surfy feel. The 39cm adds maximum stability for downwind and learning. The 33cm sits right in the middle — the length you'll reach for most. Same wings, same mast, same tail — completely different ride.
