PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process. We're a small team and we review and process every order personally — you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.
Warehouse hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm. Our fulfillment centers handle multiple brands, so processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.

DUTIES, CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
VAT, duties, and import taxes are not included in our prices. The customer is solely responsible for any taxes or duties assessed upon delivery. These charges vary by country and order value, and Unifoil has no control over them and cannot predict what they may be.
Unifoil will not accept a return on any order where the customer has refused to pay customs or import charges.
ORDER CHANGES, ADD-ONS & CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change or add an item, email us as soon as possible at support@uni-foil.com with your order number in the subject line:

Please do not place a second order to add parts — email us and we'll update your original order. If a duplicate order is placed and we need to cancel one, a 15% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@uni-foil.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that carrier claims can take time to process.
