Stainless Steel — the go-to setup and tuning kit for everyday foiling. Stainless hardware, full Torx and shim set, compact case. Everything you need to keep a setup running clean.

Titanium — the same complete kit, upgraded with corrosion-resistant titanium hardware. Built for serious saltwater riders who want longer-lasting hardware that fights seizing and corrosion session after session.

Titanium + Wing Bolts — the complete travel-ready package. Titanium hardware plus 4 titanium wing bolts (30mm), so you can adjust your mast position on the fly — no tools needed.

What's included

Every kit includes the same complete setup; the difference is in the hardware material.

Hardware set — 6 × M8 × 30mm, 4 × T-nuts, 4 × M6 × 16mm, 1 × M6 × 18mm, 1 × M6 × 20mm (front stabilizer hole). In stainless or titanium depending on the kit.

Torx tools — T-40 + T-30.

Shim set (7 total) — red positive (0, +0.5, +1, +1.5, +2, +2.5, +3) and white negative (−0.5, −1, −1.5). Dial in lift, pitch, and feel between sessions.

Compact zip tool bag — keeps everything organized for the car, boat, or travel bag.

The Titanium + Wing Bolts kit adds: 4 × titanium wing bolts (30mm) for tool-less mast adjustment on the fly.

Pro tip — TEF-GEL

Use TEF-GEL, a PTFE-based paste that prevents galvanic corrosion and seizing between dissimilar metals — especially valuable when mixing stainless hardware with aluminium foil parts in saltwater. It blocks electrolytes (saltwater being the main culprit) and acts as a lubricant, keeping fasteners workable and preventing seizing session after session. Recommended for every setup, but essential if you're running stainless hardware on aluminium components.
